DETAILS: New Make vs Aged?

When Emma and I were in London, we were gifted the opportunity to try a new make and aged comparison of the whiskies going into a Compass Box blend. It was one of our favorite explorative tastings that we’ve ever done.

Unless you’re in production, you rarely get the chance to experience what whisky tastes like coming off the still. We’re going to give you that chance.

In this tasting we will compare the new make and aged versions of three of our favorite craft distilleries.

You’ll get to see the decisions that distillers are making and all the changes that time and the barrel have on the spirit.
