This is a blending workshop. We’re going to walk you through the art of blending that includes:
1. sensory assessment and categorization of flavors
2. the science and art behind how to build blends
3. how to adjust blends in the direction of your goal along with common mistakes and good habits in blending

At the end, we’ll walk you through the blend we created from your individual samples.
